Solidarity Payments
When a player is transferred internationally, 5% of the transfer fee must be distributed to the clubs that contributed to the player’s training between the ages of 12 and 23. We identify these transfers, calculate the amounts owed, and manage the entire claim process, ensuring your club receives its rightful share of every future transfer.
Add-ons & Conditional bonuses
Many transfer agreements include performance-related add-ons, payments triggered by appearances, goals, promotions, or international caps.We monitor these conditions, track player progress, and handle the enforcement of such clauses to ensure every bonus payment due to your club is actually paid.
Training Compensation
When a player signs their first professional contract or moves before the end of the season of their 23rd birthday, the clubs involved in their development are entitled to compensation. We collect the necessary documentation, communicate with national associations and FIFA, and make sure your club receives what it’s owed for the players it helped develop.
In 2024, FIFA introduced new global regulations for Women’s Football Transfer System (WFTS), extending solidarity and training compensation principles to the women’s game. We help clubs understand and apply these new rules, identify eligible cases, and recover funds for the players they have developed, ensuring fair recognition and financial return for their contribution to women’s football.

No Cure, No Pay
At Football Rights Recovery, we believe that clubs should never bear financial risk when claiming the money they are rightfully entitled to. That is why we operate on a No Cure, No Pay basis. In practice, this means that you only pay us if we successfully recover funds on your behalf. If we do not succeed, there is no cost to your club.
When a claim is successful, our fee is agreed individually with each club, depending on the scope and complexity of the case. This approach ensures fairness and transparency while giving both parties the flexibility to tailor the agreement to the specific situation.
